It concentrates on secondary vocational schools present working situations and exciting problems on moral education. It puts forward the reform of the theoretical conception and practical pattern. During new period, it aims at solving the inefficient problems of moral education not only in Middle School, but also in Secondary Vocational School to improve countering, effectiveness and sense of time on moral education at school and stress the characters of vocational education. Course reforms play an important part in moral educational reforms. Although traditional moral educational course has some effects on practice, neither can it go into the intimate experience of the students, nor can it create useful morality to the environment and adjust the school抯 moral education to the higher demands that knowledge and economic time promotes in the 21 st century. therefore, it constructs opening moral educational course system. changes the sense of moral education, lays stress on the key position of moral education and pays close attention to form the students?perfect individuality. With the integrative theory and the method of systematic analyzing, it researches interrelation and interact among a lot of factors, such as targets, contents, methods, ways, evaluation about moral educational course. I put my rational thoughts into moral educational teaching practice so as to strengthen the good results of moral education and promote the modernization of moral educational course. In view of 揅ourse Basic Theory? it pays more attention to analysis the development of moral educational course for the present and tendency from home and abroad. Combining the practice of Secondary Vocational School at present, it promotes some useful educational practice model such as psychological educational model, pioneering educational model. Nowadays9 it has its own reference action and reference value on a new round of reforms of vocational education and a new plan for the moral educational course of secondary vocational schools.
