A Research On The Construction Of The Private School Teachers

The people's great need for the education is growing very fast, which makes China have no enough money to run enough schools. The private schools meet the need in time. However, one of the most serious problems the private schools meet with is that they cannot employ enough excellent teachers. This article, based on much investigation and study, discusses about it from three aspects.First, this article talks about what the development of the private education demands of the teachers . It expresses an idea that what influences the quality of the private education is not the hardware but the teachers .Then, this article investigates the present situation of the private school teachers, and finds out that the teachers in private schools are quite poor not only in number but also in quality . The paper analyses the reasons for the formation of the present situation of the private school teacher group .It concludes that the main reasons lies in two facts : there is no reasonable system for teacher employment in China and the reserving rights for teachers in private schools cannot be lawfully protected .Finally, the paper, based upon the investigations and study ,and according to the demand of the development of the private education ,suggests four measures to construct the private school teacher group...
