Teachers are the soul of private schools.To survive and develop,private schools must attract,foster and keep excellent teachers,form and stabilize a well-constructed and high-quality teacher team.In this paper,a research was conducted taking Private School Q in Mile City as an example.As a market-oriented private school,this school has made some achievements in development,but the situation of the construction of teachers is not optimistic.Although in the rising stage,the scale of running schools is also expanding,which has certain influence in the local and Honghe prefecture,there is still a certain gap between its medium and long-term goal of “national well-known,provincial first-class”.The existing human resources of the school have been difficult to provide more powerful support for the development of the school,and there is an urgent need to find a solution.Based on the development goal of Private School Q and the present situation of the construction of teachers,the problems existing in the construction of teachers and the gap between the construction of teachers and the requirements of development goals were analyzed in this paper,so as to solve the difficulties for the school from the perspective of improving human resources management.
