Since entering the new era,the technical education has ushered in new opportunities for development.In this new situation,the technical education seizes the opportunity and focuses on the development of its connotation,and the construction of teachers is the key.The state and governments at all levels attach great importance to the development of teachers in technical schools,and actively launch various policies to promote the good development of teachers.The rapid development of teachers in technical schools plays an important role in training talents for the society.This paper adopts the research methods of questionnaire,face-to-face interview and telephone interview to investigate four private technical schools in Amoy.Through investigation and research,this paper clarifies the current situation of the construction of the teachers’ team in Amoy private technical schools,and summarizes the existing problems,such as the fluidity of teachers is large,the structure is unreasonable and the practice of teachers is not satisfactory.From the perspective of technical education as a quasi public product,using the theory of human resource management,the theory of two factors and the theory of multi center,this paper analyzes the causes of these problems from the perspective of government and school.In order to promote the positive development of the construction of teachers in Amoy private technical schools,it is suggested that government departments should improve the policies and regulations to improve the management mechanism of the construction of teachers,and schools and enterprises should become the main force to promote the construction of teachers.
