The Interpersonal Maladjustment of Peer Competition(IMAPC) of Junior Middle School Students is the most influencing and realistic mental health problem of the whole Interpersonal Maladjustment. Except that the senior middle school students is experiencing the "Storm Period", facing stressful pressure of entering college and being short of relative instruction from Senior middle school are both highly related with this problem. Researches have manifested that the bad effects of peer-competition bring disadvantages to the senior middle school students' Interpersonal Adjustment.So, for the healthy development of adolescents' mental health, it's very important to help the senior middle school students solve the IMAPC with scientific and effective ways and methods.To assure an integrated, scientific and effective research, our research train of thoughts are as the follows: (1) an investigation of IMAPC. It's to learn the real situation of IMAPC in senior middle school, including the influencing factor of peer-competition and how the influences show. (2) making surveying questionnaire of IMAPC to learn the Interpersonal adjustment level of Senior middle school Students' Peer Competition. It's also the norm of judging whether the educational interfering experiment success. (3) on the basis of the information of the investigation and the surveying, develop the educational interfering experiment to discuss the scientific and effective ways to promote the ability of Senior middle school Students' Interpersonal adjustment and construct an harmonious interpersonal relationship.Our principal research methods are investigation and educational experiment.The investigation applied the questionnaire of IMAPC. With high incredibility and validity, this questionnaire is fitted with the principles of Pshchometrics. On the basis of the theory of mental ability education, our experiment drilling design of IMAPC of Senior middle school students is followed the five basic link (self-cognition, feeling- moving and truth-teaching, strategy-leading action, introspecting -internalization, character forming), three phases (unit drilling composed of knowledge-learning, skill- acquiring, strategy- forming) and three steps (per phases divided into judging-distinguishing, strategy training and introspection-experiencing).Our research results are as follows: (1) self-designed IMAPC questionnaire has high incredibility and validity; (2) being short of appropriate competition view is an important influencing factor which causes IMAPC; (3) through the educational interfering drilling of , IMAPC, we can promote the forming appropriate competition view and interpersonal communication skills of senior middle school students under peer competition; (4) this experiment promote the mental health level of senior middle school students in some extent; (5)it's able and valid to develop the educational interfering drilling to senior middle school students.Our research's creativities are as the follows: (1) the freshness of our research point of view. It's the first time to research the interpersonal adjustment of senior middle school students from the point of peer competition, especially in experimental and exploring research;(2) making the questionnaire of IMAPC, with high incredibility and validity. (3) proposing the experiment design and the drilling strategy to solve IMAPC.
