| With the improvement of national education level and teenagers’ physical and psychological quality,entering college has become a necessary stage of life for most teenagers.However,the selective nature of College Entrance Examination determines that not everyone can enter the undergraduate level of education,a considerable number of teenagers will enter vocational colleges.In fact,the campus humanistic environment of vocational colleges is indeed different from that of undergraduate colleges,which has its unique features.For a long time,the interpersonal communication status of vocational college students has been an important factor affecting whether students can grow up healthily and finish their studies successfully.However,most of the researches on the current situation of college students’ interpersonal communication in Chinese academic circles take the whole group of college students as the object,no matter in theory or in practice.Under the guidance of cognitive behavior theory and Schutz interpersonal need theory,this paper adopts quantitative and qualitative research methods and takes a vocational college in Qingdao as an example to carry out social work service through group work.By defining team interpersonal needs,help team members know his own self and looking for involvement in interpersonal difficulties breakthrough point,in view of the team members in the presence of irrational beliefs on interpersonal debate,help team members change irrational beliefs,further to improve interpersonal communication methods and skills,to promote team ability,change their interpersonal difficulties,meet the demands of a group interpersonal purposes.Through process evaluation and result evaluation,team members can tap their potential and acquire interpersonal communication skills suitable for them,break through previous interpersonal communication difficulties and meet their communication needs to a certain extent.However,there are also a lot of reflections in this group work,including the immature use of professional skills by group workers and the inability to follow up the follow-up effects of the group.Although it is constantly overcome,there are still stereotypes of vocational colleges in the research process.Through this practical research,it can provide another perspective reference for the application of group work skills in the practice of communication ability improvement of vocational college students,and also provide practical experience for the student work in the transformation and upgrading of vocational colleges at the present stage. |
