Chinese is a course of encyclopedia study combining its tool usage with humanity, which means the mixture or history, physics, biology, mathematics, geography, and so on. Then it's necessary for our Chinese teachers to get the knowledge of almost each field. However, as we known, among those graduated from the normal university who learn Chinese as their major, most of them take for granted Chinese is only Chinese unilaterally while ignoring the extension of this synthetic language. The lack of pertinent knowledge make them often give the rough even wrong image of some conception to their students which has synchronic effect on them getting the indirect understanding and having a bad command of knowledge.Quality- education is based on training capability and development of individual characteristics as its purpose to improve the ability of moral character, intelligence, physical health, aesthetic standards, labor skills and psychology. Making full use of each aspect of the textbook is pivotal to do emphasize the quality- education on Chinese. From the point of view of writer, this thesis discovers the relationship between Chinese and geography from the new edition of the textbook. In the writer's opinion from an angle of geography, mainly discuss about how to enhance one's accomplishment on both natural science and social science to improve the art of teaching Chinese.As being divided into the four chapters the writer mentions in the first chapter that the other correlated subjects are beneficial to improve Chinese teaching quality by theanalysis about proportion of the subjects compared with literature in the new edition. Secondly, with the biggest proportion being in nowadays textbook, geography is taken as an example to explain some confused teaching problems. And then how to teach geography points involved in Chinese book is discussed in the third chapter. Finally, in the fourth chapter, the writer emphasizes the necessity of being an outstanding teacher who becomes an versatility through all the ways.
