The average age of junior school students is between fourteen and sixteen years old.They are in the initial stage of puberty development.Their body has basically developed well and their abstract logical thinking remarkablely improved. they have rich feelings and are bursting with youthful vigour.energetic and romantic .Their world outlooks begin to come into being and their phycology and physical developments have matured in some way.Such a period is also called"phychological weaned period"or "dangerous period" .because all kinds of conflicts fill in their minds.For instance.dependence and independence.sensiblity and impulsion,idealistic and realistic and the different development of their body and phycology .etc.Alll of these characters decide that there are apparent changes in the lifes of junior high school students.The subjects which a junior school student must study are more than when they are in the primany schooLIn study ,some new subjects,such as chemistry .physics and some abstract terms and principles appear,at the same time.the competition and the preessure in study become fircer. Although they have some abilities of logic thinking. they are still in a transition period.in which their experience is being transfered to theory .Therefore, when they deal with the difficulties .They meet in their study, the ways they adopt always show one-sidedness.It is because they are curious.energetic and can not control themselves that they are,sometimes, absent-minded in class.They will pay more attention to some other things instead of h'stening to what the teacher is saying.they'd like to sleeping in class , have a chat with other students or take some incorrect activities in class.All of these activities they show in class is called"incorrect behaviors".Incorrect behaviors showed in class by junior high school students often disturb the normal teaching process,which either affect study efficiency ,or interrupt teaching process,sometimes even to the point of causing conflicts in class between the teacher and the students. All of these will be harmful to physically and mentally health of both the teacher and the students.In order to learn the essential causes which lead to these incorrect behaviors in class among junior high school students,and at the same time.to put forward effective management tactics, I, myself,chose 153 students as objects of study ,who are from three different junior schools two counties, and then I adopte some methods,such as question-naire document and interview and so on, and finally analysed and summed up the main causes on incorrect behavior and hope to propose some basic effective management tactics.My research results as follows:(1) Incorrect behaviors in class among junior school students are rather common,coming to 42. 5%,among which boys are 60% and girls 40%.(2) The causes leading to these behaviors are fairly complicated.which are the results of synthetical influences by the teacher.the student,the school,the family and the society.(3)To correct these behaviors.the junior school teachers,firstly,should change their teaching ideas and form new humanism viewpointThey should realize that the students are indeed cardinal. Secondly,the teachers should develop their own tactics to correct these incorrect behavior in class among students efficiently.
