This article bases on the"the Corpus of Primary and Middle School Chinese Language Error Analysis",analyze the incorrect Chinese characters occured in the progress of literacy teaching in primacy schools, in order to study what is the easiliest occurred type, and this article also tries to combine the science of Chinese Characters formation with the literacy teaching, so as to find the scientific literacy teaching way which adapt the primary school students.This article compared the incorrect Chinese characters of the grade 3,4,5 students, and finds there are the same points and the different points among different grades. The same places are: 1.The incorrect Chinese characters of the grade 3,4,5 students all count 1/3 in the corpus of Chinese language error.2.misused characters is the most ofen type of the incorrect Chinese characters 3.The mass of the same pronouciation characters is the most important reason which lead to misused characters4.C3 is the most often wrongly written characters. The different places are:1.the wrongly written characters C1 decrease because of the increase of the grades.2.B4 and C4 decrease because of the increase of the grades.Based on the study of the statistics, we analyse the reasons what lead to the incorrect Chinese characters. we think ,these reasons includes the students, teachers and texts etc. we think, combined the science of Chinese Characters formation with literacy teaching ,to make literacy teaching more scientific, is a good way to solve the questions of incorrect Chinese characters in primary school, in order to promote the interaction of theoretical research with teaching practice and to improve the quality of teaching Chinese characters.This article analysed based on the corpus of Primary and Middle School Chinese Language Error Analysis, in order to make our article more scientific, to include the important and difficult places in the literacy teaching, so as to find the good ways in the literacy teaching. Combined the science of Chinese Characters formation with the literacy teaching ,can make every teaching ways more efficient by the control of the scientific theory. Wish our word will provide valuable reference to literacy teaching.
