With the development of the times, quality education has become theinevitable trend of social development. The art quality education in middleschool is an important part of quality education, this link is directly related tonational development, national prosperity, must give high attention. However,our middle school art teacher while staying in the quality education, the neweducational thought has the understanding, but ask the quality education ofthe historical development and connotation aspect and so on are not veryunderstanding, the lack of quality education cognition, feeling and sense ofurgency, serious impact on the better development of art quality education inmiddle schools, the quality of teachers needs to be improved. I am engaged inthe fine arts teaching of middle school thirty years, conscious awareness tothe importance of the quality of teachers, through the research to the ChifengCity Hongshan District at the beginning of the high school art teachingsystem, using the method of investigation, summarize the experience law,look red mountain development at the beginning of high school art30yearsof history, the art teacher interview, case study, analysis, induction, summary,I think, as a high school art teacher, must advance with the times, as soon aspossible to change the role, to change their teaching ideas, speed up theconstruction of teachers’ quality of self. The new era, to have a new look, themodern middle school art teachers to read fine arts culture, excavating theconnotation of school art culture, to develop art classroom space. In the highquality education, middle school art teachers to establish the quality standardof new for themselves, to adapt to the new situation. Only the high qualityteacher, in order to train qualified students, but also to fully carry out qualityeducation practice, more results. The last part of the thesis I use thirty years of high school art teaching experience and achievements, explains how toconstruct the middle school art teachers under the quality education quality,and demonstrate the practical results. To sum up, middle school art teachersonly in art teaching practice, actively, all-round way to improve their teachingquality, to train students’ aesthetic ability and innovation ability, improve thequality of students, in order to "quality education Implement the education ".
