Teacher-training education should fit in with the basis education curriculum reform tightly, and should escort for the basis education. Thus, it has become the inevitable choice for the development of teacher-training to strong then the study of primary school teachers' quality and gradually improve the development of the patterns of the teacher-training. The general thinking of this study is that: Take the primary school teachers in Anshan city as an individual case, investigate the ability condition about their teaching and analyse the current condition of teachers of primary school. It makes a careful comparison on the three modes of the training of secondary normal school, two-year teachers' college and four-year normal university. It studies the counter-measures of the reform of the teacher-training education i.e. changing the training conception of the teacher-training education talents, reforming the curriculum of the teacher-training education, reforming the goal contents and ways of the teacher-training education, reforming the students' of teachers' college modes of study. |
