The enterprises run by the general higher educational institutions are the various economic units invested in whole or partly by the universities, managed by a university or with participation of a university, enjoying an independent legal person position or attached to a university's legal person position.With the economic structure reform and the market economy in our country, the development of a university run enterprises is of importance to the education development of our country's initial stage socialism. At our country's present stage of development, because only limited investment into our country's education are possible, in order to realize the strategic policies of advancing our country's science and education, the development of the education can not be separated from the support and development of the university run enterprises.
