The service quality management is core of service marketing. In this paper we study the status of DX training center about service quality management.This paper consists of two parts: case and case analysis. The part of caseintroduces mostly these aspects of DX training center-forming background,phylogeny, organic configuration, operation flow, training resources, development circs in recent years etc.. The part of case analysis studies emphatically marketing circumstance, improving on operation flow and administrant system. Finally, advices are given about service quality management of DX training center.
