After our entry into WTO, the economy of our country is facing both the opportunities and challenges. The fast development of the economy brings up the specialization and internationalization. One product is often the fruit of multi-subjects and multi-techniques. Thus the demand of high-tech intellectuals is in great need and according the prosperous education market is coming into force and becomes the strategically indispensable industry. The more the education is developed, the more the intellects there will be, and the more the economy will be developed. At the same time, education should be market-oriented.President Jiang Zemin pointed out that the future of our country lies in our education. And we have clearly realized that education is both the cradle of knowledge innovation, spreading and application and the base of the cultivation of intellectuals with creativity and originality and full ability. In 21st century, we should be more aware of the fact that education has become the basic industry with the full-scale and leading influence. Higher education, as the top educational form has won the stress from various parts of society. And the potential problems of higher education, the direction of the future development and the industrialization of higher education have all been the focuses of people's attention.The thesis illustrates the necessity and feasibility of industrialization of higher education, with the relevant theories of industrial economy and educational industry economy as the basis, the thorough study of the experiences previous achieved as the reference and the analyses of the status of our higher education as the premise. What's more, the specific measures of industrialization are proposed and the setup of evaluation system is also suggested in the thesis to ensure the much perfected industrialization of higher education.
