The Study On The Development Of The Higher Vocational Education In Quanzhou Area In The Early 21～(st) Century

This paper aims to study the higher vocational education inQuanzhou area how to adapt the new situation at the beginning of the 21st century especially after we join WTO how we can develop rationally and quickly by the reproach of document and investigation. Understanding deeply to the present situation and problems and the way forward of the development. This article complements the theory of the local higher vocational education and it is valuable to guide the development of the higher vocational education in Quanzhou area. This article considers that the development of the higher vocational education adapts the aim of the higher education and our Chinese present situation and has the important tactical meaning to the development of the economy in Quanzhou and emphasizes to use the successful experience at home and abroad for reference to acquire a new idea to develop the higher vocational education in Quanzhou area in view of the lower and irrational development of the small scale and lack of teachers to establish from believe on leaping development and carry out large scale development to cultivate continuous way of development with the help of the oversea Chinese.
