On Moral Rights And The Moral Education In Primary And Middle School

The rights point of view has not been paid enough attention in our country .It is common that the moral rights have always been disregarded for a long time .This essay aims at putting right to the mistake between the education cognition and practice of moral rights in primary and middle school in China .While affirming moral duties education ,it also enforce moral rights education so as to make them coordinate and promote the effective of moral education in-primary and middle school.This essay is guided with Marxist dialectical materialism .It incorporates others advanced experiences and draws lessons from the research of psychology and pedagogy .In this essay ,the author adopt the methods of researching , analysing , comparing and concluding to debate the moral rights and its effect and the relations between moral rights and duties .It indicates the mistake between the education cognition and practice of moral rights ,analyses the cause resulting to mistake and the bad effect .In order to promote moral rights and duties unity and develop together ,the author introduces the point of view about rights in the field of moral education ,appeals for enforcing moral rights education .Moreover ,the author puts forward a -series of concreted and effective methods so as to provide certain help and reference for moral education in primary and middle school.
