Opions To New Teaching Material (2001 Edition) Of Ethical Education And It's Practice In Secondary Technical School

In 2001, the Ministry of Education took a completely reform on the ethical education offerings and recomposed a new teaching material, in the Secondary Technical School,The study is done mainly by the means of documentary research on the basis of the Updating curriculum Theory, teaching theory, Studying Theory, ethical Education Theory, and the trend of reformation of modern teaching material. This artical make a systematic analysis of the reform background,the target and the contents of new teaching marterial. It aims at providing the practicable ground for ethical education and making sorhe suggestions for the teaching material reform.. It also aims at bringing the teaching function of the new teaching material into full play, improving the teaching efficiency, making the practice of ethical education more practical, timely and to the target, so as to meet the social demand on the high quality laborer.There are some opinions as following: the new ethical education teaching material has greater advantage and feature compared to that composed by the teaching program of 1993, and it'll produce great effect on improving the teaching efficiency of ethical education and forwarding the quality education in Secondary Technical School. But it is clear that the teaching material still has got some disadvantage which should be dealt with in the teaching process, and we should carry out the teaching work creatively according to the characteristic of the educated ones. It also put forward the opinions that the ethical education material should emphasize not only the Reappearing Function of existed ethical knowledge, but also the Developing Function of ethical education. It should notice not only the reasonable feature of existed knowledge, but the demand of the future . It should make the students not only master the ethical standard, but also constantly bring forth new ideas in ethics with the development of situation. It should stress not only on the unity, but also on the developing of localcourses and school-based courses basing on the reality of the region, school and students, to make students gain their own initiative on study and the independency of their thoughts and to hold the responsibility to the students' lifelong developing.
