In the dissertation, the researcher make a "qualitative research" in a primary school which is making an experiment on the instruction in small-sized classroom.Firstly the researcher had a clear idea about the real developmental process on the base of a deepgoing observation on the everyday instructional field, and tried to display the process from the "form" to the "spirit" realistically, meticulously. Furthermore, the researcher explained why the instruction in small-sized classroom could be that in a cultural respect. After analysis and comparison, the researcher revealed the respondence and encounter in the everyday instructional field that the passion and radical changes in the theories and "text" would have to face.Secondly, from two respects of "form" and "spirit" the researcher made a more rational analysis on the effects that the instruction in small-sized classroom could get compared to the traditional instruction in large-sized classroom., and pointed out that "individualized instruction" was the responsibility that the instruction in small-sized classroom should burden, and also the critical step from the instructional "form" to "spirit".Thirdly, in accordance with the real situation of the school and teachers, the researcher made a "deliberation" about the instructional theories concerned with individualized instruction, and designed two programs to "disturb" the instruction in small-sized classroom from curriculum and instruction's respects, one of which is "spectrum of instructional process", the other is "to integrate the instructional odds--to design different curriculum for different child". Because the two programs are "grass-rooted" theories, the process of forming the two programs which were the results of communication and discussion with teachers, is a process of disturbance.In the last part, the researcher reflected on the two kinds of wrong attitudes during the research: idealism and realism, and hoped that in the later research she could consider the new things and phenomena in the educational reform with a more rational passion, which was also one of the meaning of the dissertation.
