Under the new curriculum standards,the teaching of information technology has put forward new requirements,teachers should not only let students learn knowledge,but also master the way to acquire knowledge,but also to cultivate their correct values.The current information technology as an emerging discipline,has not received the school and teacher's attention,and the students' level of information technology is not the same,according to the teaching method of the subject is not mature,so the existing teaching mode is difficult to achieve the new curriculum standards of training target.In the 80 s of last century,gardiner,an American psychologist,put forward the theory of multiple intelligences,which broke through the traditional educational thought,and explained the influence of the intelligent structure of human beings on education from a new perspective,and gradually become the guiding ideology of western countries in the educational reform.In our country,with the reform of the new curriculum education in our country,this theory has gradually become an important teaching idea in the basic education curriculum reform.With the development of society,we have entered the information age,the traditional teaching methods,to improve the quality of teaching,training of all-round development of talent,it is not enough,in teaching,we must take into account the individual differences between students,to carry out "personalized" Teaching.Under the guidance of the theory of multiple intelligences,personalized education can be carried out according to the students' own interests,hobbies and abilities as well as the field of intellectual superiority,and the diversified development of information talents can be cultivated.In this study,from the perspective of information technology,combined with the characteristics of the discipline,the flexible use of multiple intelligences theory,and personalized teaching theory,to explore the teaching strategy of information technology course,in order to achieve the goal of teaching,improve teaching quality,improve learning methods,and promote the development of students' personality.Through the research of this paper and the application of the examples,we hope to provide a new teaching method for the information technology teachers,It can make use of the theory of multiple intelligences and individualized teaching methods in practical teaching activities,and make due contributions to the education of information technology curriculum.
