Study On Relationship Between Students And Teachers Of Middle Normal School

Relationship between students and teachers is the most important and fundamental human relationship in the process of educating and teaching. While the quality-education is carried out, a series of reformation in education producing practical effects depend on deep change of relationship between students and teachers. But there are many of factors that may be not suitable for quality education in present relationship. Therefore, it is more urgent that how to construct a democratic and equal relationship.By investigating, studying and analyzing to the relationship of students and teachers of Lanzhou normal school in the views of pedagogy, psychology, ethics and sociology, the author points out some strategies about how to improve the relationship between students and teachers. The thesis consists of three parts.Part one: In this part, the author expounds briefly the importance and the current situation of the research of the relationship and the basis, the method and significance of it.Part two: At first, the author reviews the changes of the relationship between students and teachers in the period of transition. For example, the influence of traditional culture is so impressive that students could not be equal with teachers. Other hand, people begin to pay more attention to developing the personality and creativity of students. Secondly, the author emphasizes on discussing the problems and analyzing the reasons in the relationship of normal school.Part three: By recognizing the new connotation of the relationship between students and teachers, the author points out that the key of the relationship is equal and its characteristic is communication, its essence is democracy and creation. Finally, the author puts forward the principles in teachers and students' communication and elaborates concrete ways about how to establish the new relationship between students and teachers in normal school.
