Internship feedback,as a very important and influential key component of helping normal students in internship teaching,has attracted the attention of researchers.High-quality educational internships enable normal students to gain direct teaching experience during the internship,develop professional knowledge,professional responsibility,and professional skills,and lay a solid foundation for continuous professional development.The instructor’s feedback on the educational practice of normal students is the most direct and fundamental way to promote the improvement of normal students’ practical skills.Foreign research on internship feedback started earlier.Most studies have shown that internship feedback plays a key role in the internship of normal students.In the process of research,researchers have fully studied the types,dimensions,and impact of internship feedback.Many questionnaires are about the status quo of internship feedback and teachers’ opinions on internship feedback.However,the existing research on the social-emotional level of internship feedback is very inadequate.Although some studies emphasize that the teacher-student relationship affects the effectiveness of the internship feedback and affirm the important role of the teacher-student relationship,how does the teacher-student relationship affect? The research on the internship feedback is very insufficient.This study draws on relevant scales and compiled a questionnaire on the status and influence of internship feedback from primary and secondary school instructors as a research tool,auxiliary non-structured interviews with normal students,focusing on the impact of the relationship between teacher students and primary and secondary school instructors on internship feedback.In addition,in view of the interaction between personality traits and teacher-student relationships.This study will also explore the moderating effects of teacher students’ personality traits as moderating variables.The results show that,first,during the current internship period,the types of relationships between normal students and primary and secondary school instructors are mainly intimacy,conflict,and indifference,and the proportion of conflict and indifference has reached 49.6%.The data shows that there are big problems in getting along between normal students and instructors.Teacher educators should pay attention to the interaction between normal students and instructors in primary and secondary schools during the internship,and actively coordinate to help normal students and instructors build close relationships.Second,during the internship period,most primary and secondary school instructors will regularly provide internship feedback,but the frequency of internship feedback is not sufficient;most instructors use a combination of oral and written methods,and the nature of internship feedback is mainly corrective And positive two types,but mainly corrective internship feedback.The difference of different types of relationship in internship feedback mainly lies in the way that instructors provide internship feedback and the difference in the nature of internship feedback.In general,the internship feedback has a positive impact on most of the normal students,and has played a positive role in promoting the development of internship teaching ability and teachers’ professional identity.However,the effect of internship feedback is significantly different in the relationship between normal students and instructors.Third,the relationship between normal students and instructors has a significant impact on the feedback effect of the internship.The study found that the closer the teacher-student relationship,the higher the frequency of internship feedback and the more timely the feedback,the more diverse the ways and types of feedback provided by the instructor.On the contrary,the more indifferent and confrontational the teacher-student relationship,the less frequent the internship feedback.Only a single written feedback is used,and the nature of the feedback is relatively single.Not only that,the effects of internship feedback under different types of teacher-student relationship are quite different.The more positive the relationship between normal students and the instructors of primary and secondary schools,the more positive the internship feedback will affect the professional identity of normal students,and it will promote the teaching ability of normal students,and the internship feedback is more effective.On the contrary,the more negative the teacher-student relationship,the internship feedback will weaken the teacher’s teaching confidence,hinder the development of the teacher’s teaching ability and professional identity,and the effectiveness of the feedback will be greatly reduced.Therefore,during the internship period of normal students,instructors should build a positive relationship with normal students to ensure the effectiveness of internship feedback,so as to better promote the internship of normal students.
