The Study On The Mental State And Its Causes Of The Middle-school Teachers' In Mindong District

Teachers' mental health is one of important aspect for teachers' mental diathesis. The writer establishes the standard for the teachers' mental health. The investigation on the teachers' mental state with "SCL-90" and "16PF" comes to the result that most of middle-school teachers in Mindong District have some kinds of psychological problems such as human relationship tension,depression,anxiety reaction etc.. The causes of teachers' mental problems can be found in the society and on the teachers themselves. Analyzing the causes of teachers' mental problems can help us to maintain and promote the teachers' mental health on the levels of social atmosphere,community conditions,schools and individuals.
