Abstract/Summary:
In answer to the calls of the times and the society as well as the educational reform, this thesis dwells on innovative teachers in high school and primary school and their cultivation by way of providing documents and arguments, which provide theoretical and practical support for their cultivation. The thesis holds the opinion that innovative teachers differ from maintaining-typed teachers in that the former regard the creation of spiritual life as their ideal faith, the creation of education cause as the pursuit of value and discovering and cultivating creative students as the essential goal. The basic characteristics of innovative teachers is to create spiritual life, including the development of their own spiritual life as well as students' spiritual life, and to orientate the development of advanced culture. In addition, from the angle of internal and external causes, the thesis probes into some factors promoting the cultivation of innovative teachers in high school and primary school. These factors involve bringing the main spirit into full play as the dynamic cause, with teachers educations' innovative as important measures and developing evaluation of teachers as the guarantee of the system.
