The Exploring Of Social Forms In Guangzhou Citizenship

The culture's different of social norms is the most important factors in management conflict. For the purpose to exploring the culture base of management. In year 1994, LING Wen-quan, FANG Li-luo and ZHENG Xiao-ming proceeded THE COMPARE-REASEARCHING OF INTERNATIONAL SOCIAL NORMS. The researching explored the base latitude of social norms, and compared it within CHINA, JAPAN and USA. Some effects have been discovered by compare researching with the social norms in base latitude and different culture. Social norms include 4 latitude, ethical & moral, value tendency, law & regulation, social custom. Ethical & moral and value tendency form the Inner norms, law & regulation and social custom form Outer norms. Although there are same norms latitude among CHINA, USA, JAPAN, but the concrete norms which compose the norms latitude not only have the common norms that exceed the given culture, but also have the special norms that belong to the special culture.In this thesis, we try to find the difference factors by comparing with different crowd in Guangzhou and different city between Guangzhou and Beijing. Through the descriptive statistics, we discover that the social norm latitude is same among different sex, age, education, vocation, but there is difference between master and slave, the structure model isn't same too. By compare with Beijing's result, it is basely sameness in social norm factors, but there are different contributions at different latitude.
