The subjectivity of the man is not inborn, but the result of the history development and the aim of education. Subjective education idea has generated great influence since 1980s .On one hand, it is the need of developing for socialism economy, politics and science and technology with Chinese characteristics. The other hand is the profound studying end of philosophy and education, which has promoted the reform and development of moral education. Modern moral education in university has been on new developing tendencies as the important part of moral education. One of the most important phenomena is that subjective education idea has been adopted and put into effect. That promotes the development of modern moral education in university, which pushes the all elements of it forward, including the development of principle. The subjective principle of modern moral education in university belongs to the category of moral education methodology, which is the principle method, it plays a leading role, stipulates the direction and standards of the other methods. Therefore, the study about the subjective principle of modem moral education in university will have important theoretical and practical meaning.The subjective principle of modern moral education in university asks for mutual subjects idea referring to the relationship between teachers and students. That means they are both subjects of modern moral education. To respect the students' subject status is important, so is the teachers' leading role. Both to respect the students' subject status and to stress the teachers' leading role aim at cultivating the students' subjectivity, making them suit to the development of modem society. The subjective principle being put into effect has three requirements. One is respecting the subject status of students, so the new train of thought about moral education must have been explored, which is from the traditional instilling to mutual respecting and understanding between teachers and students, paying much attention to the moral activities, the method of consulting and the Internet moral education. The other is stressing the leading role of the teachers. The teachers arethe subjects of modern college moral education and playing a leading role that has two origins which are the class properties of moral education and the personality glamour. So the teachers must raise their personality glamour to ensure the leading role. The third is cultivating the subjectivity of the students, I think the teachers must renew the idea, adopt the subjective moral education idea, finish the new task. In the same time, they must adjust the moral education contents of modern university sticking to unity and diversity together. What's more, the outlook of the students' subjectivity is the ability of teaching themselves, which is crucial.
