Teacher-student relationship has always been a difficulty and a hot spot which human beings have to face to throughout history. Any complete care and attention to the school moral education can not be without examination of this relation. Due to the existence of the subject-object binary mode of thinking in the modern world, moral education has become Logocentrism in which teachers and students constitute the two basic opposing sides in the school moral education process. Therefore, in the traditional moral education area, the teacher is the subject, while the student is the object like a bag waiting to be filled with. This means that students as fresh and live individuals are materialized in the teachers' eyes that are like Medusa's, and this makes school moral education become an instrument to suppress and alienate people, which is originally supposed to affect man's mind and lead people to the goodness. This paper is therefore to proceed from the view of inter-subjectivity, aiming at criticizing the subject-object teacher-student relationship in the mire of alienation, reconstructing man-man relation in the teaching process, that is the new teacher-student relationship identified by inter-subjectivity, and expecting to find a way for teacher-student relationship to go out of the predicament.The paper is divided into four parts:The first part primarily discusses origins of the problem, significances of the study and the history and current situation of the study about teacher-student relationship abroad and home.The second part aims at briefing the inter-subjective relationship between teachers and students. It consists of the theoretical foundation, the basic connotation and the fundamental characters of the inter-subjective relationship between teachers and students. The third part mainly explores the actual basis of the construction of the inter-subjective relationship between teachers and students. First of all, expound the necessities of the construction of the inter-subjective relationship between teachers and students from the points of the transformation of modern social persons, the actual effect of moral education, the all-round development of students and the reform wave of the education around the world, and then elaborate its possibilities from the points of the constant moral requirement of teachers and students, the change of the cultural orientation mode , the tendency to inter-subjectivity in contemporary philosophy and the rise of harmonious education. Finally, perspective on the current situation of the relationship between teachers and students in the school moral education. The fourth part mainly elaborates the conceptions and probes on the construction of the inter-subjective relationship between teachers and students in school moral education. The contents is to talk about the construction of the inter-subjective relationship between teachers and students in school moral education, mainly from the aspects of life care, life world, dialogues and understanding, intercourse between subjects and humanity attention on its origin, background, foundation, mechanism, and method.
