Moral education work is one the important content in school management. This article focused the moral education problems of junior high school students in mining-factory oil-transportation school Urumqi, analyzed their social ,school and family reasons through investigation and research.. Based on the relative basic theories of moral education, it brought out the counterplots from the content ,ways and methods of moral education .It also made experiment in this school and achieved certain effect .The aim of the research is to make the whole society pay attention to virtuous problems of junior high school students in mining-factory school. It try to study the moral education problem of mining-factory middle school students from this angle, create condition to form their good virtue in order to enforce school moral education work and improve these schools students healthy.It includes four parts:The first part: Introduction. From the concept of moral education, the author expounded its position and roles in middle school education.The second part: The moral education condition of junior high school students in mining-factory oil-transportation school Urumqi. First of all, it researched the junior high school students between mining-factory oil-transportation school and common middle school in Urumqi .Then found out the difference between the junior high school students and high middle school students .At last studied the present moral education condition through investigation .The third part: The reason that caused the existed problems of moral education work in the school. Based on the second part of work, it sleeked the reason of these problems by analyzing the factors of society, school and family.The forth part: The counterplots we should take to solve the existed problems in the school. To these problems, we should pay attention to the school moral education work, clean the social environment, assure the youth to be healthy, build good moral circumstance in family, so as to establish a three dimensional system for moral education web.
