The rapid progress and development of the modern society impacts the traditional moral concept. During the acceptance of new ideas, some unhealthy thought which comes from the social, family will affect the pupils’ study and living. Pupils are restricted by age, experience and other limitations. They are short of the ability of distinguishing between truth and falsehood about many things. The natural imitation and strong curiosity make them deviate the normal, refuse to accept the education management, have bad behaviors such as heavy reversal mind, bad self-control ability and significant moral deficiency. But pupils also have strong plasticity. Theirs habits can not be formed in a short time. Some bad habits can be changed some good habits under certain conditions.This study is aimed at the problem of "the students’ aggressive behavior of bad behaviors". It follows the research methodology of "find the problem, and then analyze the problem, after that solve the problem". Using the narrative research method, through the observation and correction of a student named Lele in one semester it narrates some representative stories and examples of his aggressive behavior, find Lele’s problem from four aspects of individual, family, school and society. On the basis of the analysis, mainly use the love, to awaken and transform the lost rebellious Lele from the three aspects of the teacher, the family and friends. Finally summarize the method which is gathering varied love in order to convert the student who has bad behaviors.This article includes four parts. The first part is the exordium. The author expounds the cause of the problem, the theoretical and practical significance and the definition of core concepts. The second part is the study review. It summarizes the literatures in the possession from four aspects, which are the factor research of behavior’s training the type research of behavior’s training the tactics research of behavior’s training and the case research of behavior’s training. The third part describes the research design in detail, which includes the theoretical foundation of the research, the selected objects and methods in the research. The fourth part is the analysis and correction of the students’ bad habits. This part uses the narrative way. First describe the growth story of the research object named lele. Through the daily observation and the interview, the author describes some typical examples of lele’s aggressive behavior and then analyzes and reflects the cause of the lele’s problem deeply from four aspects which are individual, family, school and social. On the basis of analyzing the causes, adopt the transformation strategy of making the love as the core, via the form of storytelling, describe the process of converting rebellious lele using the teacher’s and mother’s love and friendliness. Finally through the converting process of the research object, offer the method of convert students who have bad behaviors from three aspects of family, school and society, at the same time, made a reflective summary of this research.
