The Investigation On Character And Training Countermeasure Of The Biology Teachers In Muping County, Tantai City

With the development of science and technology ,Our future society will be globalized in economy and informationized .And this makes education more and more important in training men for professions.Facing such changes and challenges,all the teachers should adapt themselves to the changes and challenges.To meet the challenge of knowledge economy century,the Party Central Committee issued the Resolution on Deepening Educational Reform to Advance Quality-oriented Education in an all-round Way.lt is an important task for the charge department of education and the teaching research department to train a group of high-qualified biology teachers .In order to meet such needs in training more biology teachers ,we make an investigation over the character of all the biology teachers in our county, and bring forth some relevant countermeasures .From the results of the investigation,we can see the development of the teachers in quantity and quality.But there still remain some problems ,such as the low status of the biology teachers ,the record of schooling of some biology teachers can't meet the needs of in schooling records,especial biology teachers in primary school ;and lack of some knowledge in education theory and the case of some modern teaching techniques and ability of scientific research .In accordance with such problems ,we make out following measures: Try to make the teachers master new education techniques .Strengthen the moral teaching of the biology teachers .Adopt the idea of life-long education, enhance biology teachers'awareness of scientific research ,pay close attention to teachers' health.We are sure we will have more and more high-qualified biology teachers as long as we sick to the implement of such measures.
