In this study,274 participants of the "National training plan(2013~2017)" the backbone of rural primary and secondary school teachers of junior middle school biology full-time replacement project undertaken by Henan Normal University in Henan province are taken as the research object.This study uses questionnaires,data statistics and analysis,interviews and other methods.The basic situation and training needs of rural junior middle school biology teachers in Henan province were investigated from aspects of age,sex,education,teaching age,duty,professional title,profession,teaching situation,geographical conditions and time.This study analyzes the changes in basic situation and differences in training needs of "National training plan" rural junior high school biology teachers in Henan Province preliminarily.The results show that:One.Over the past 2013~2017 years,the proportion of teachers over 50 years old has increased.The sex ratio of female teachers is significantly higher than that of male teachers.The teacher seniority has a trend of decreasing,education level and professional title level have increased slightly,and the degree of specialization has not changed significantly.Two.Among teachers in 2013 and 2017,the proportion of teachers who listen to the arrangement of higher authorities and schools is the highest.In five years,teachers who participating in the training are most interested in linking theory with practice,the teachers' demand for the application ability of modern education information technology,the evaluation ability of modern education and teaching and scientific research ability has been reduced year by year.The demand for first-line teachers and university experts as research teachers and research methods is basically the same.Three.In terms of geographical conditions,the training demand of township biology teachers is generally higher.County teachers have higher interest in the study of the implementation of quality education and the creation of colleges and universities.Four.From the age point of view,there are obvious differences in the training motivation of teachers of different ages.Teachers needs modern education information technology application ability and writing research report ratio varies with the age growth is on the rise,but the demand for efficient classroom creation and educational research methods is opposite.Five.From the educational background,the difference in the training needs of teachers with different academic qualifications is mainly research topic.Teachers of junior college and below emphasize on subject knowledge,general knowledge,teaching implementation,teachers' Moral Cultivation and so on.Undergraduate teachers' emphasis on teaching implementation and teaching research.Six.From the perspective of teaching age,the needs of teachers in the promotion of professional positions,experimental design innovation,curriculum resources development,teaching reflection,and educational narrative research increase with their teaching age.Teachers of 11~30 years of teaching attach importance to teaching design and teaching implementation.Teachers of more than 30 years of teaching attach importance to teaching implementation and teaching research.Seven.From the titles of teachers,no title teachers' and class-two teachers' needs in educational narrative research and theory relating the actual situation of biology teaching in rural areas are higher than those of other teachers.High level teachers' needs for biological education,scientific research,educational reform and development,curriculum resources development,modern education and teaching evaluation,teaching reflection and concisely ability are higher than those of other teachers.Eight.From the major study,the training needs of bio professional teachers are higher than that of abiotic teachers.This study discusses and analyzes some of the problems found in the investigation,the preliminary suggestions are put forward from four aspects,such as the government,the grass-roots level education management department and the schools,the institutions and teachers themselves.
