Study On Countermeasure Of Talent Resources Exploitation In Jiangsu

With the development of economic globalization, the trend of talent globalization is obvious. After China is admitted into WTO, talent problems are becoming even more serious. The national production relies on science development and talent exploitation. The following ten years is an important period for the economic and social development of Jiang su province. Talent play an important role in making people richer and Jiangsu stronger raised in the 10 th party representative meeting on theoretical basis ,this thesis discusses talent exploitation of Jiangsu province, analyzes it's advantages and disadvantages, points out the talent construction aim by making full use of it's advantages and overcoming it's disadvantages, puts forward six ways combined with talent exploitation trend in the neighbourhood.
