With the constant changes of international education situation, education in China is also in an important period of reform. This makes it important for us to discuss and attempt ways of the vivid and balanced development of every student, especially the ones difficulty physics in the senior school. The thesis consists of 4 parts:The first part mainly expounds why the senior students fell tronbled in physics study by revealing the intelligence factors and non-intelligence factors which influnce study effects. And then the objective conclusions will be drawn through analyzing the research results. This will support the following research.The second part mainly exponnds our tacticses of turning the students troubled by physics into their opposite which base on the research results. The theories and transformation tacticses of stimulating the students' study motive, of mastering the learning ways, of learning by themselves, of individual coaching, of managing the education joint forces and of holding comprehensive education practices etc are all included.The third part mainly expounds the practice results of our tacticses in light of the students' achievements, the students spirit situation, the teachers and the students' feelings.The fourth part mainly expounds our thoughts and suggestions formed in the proces of stydying and practising the research topic.
