Since the 2010 come into contact with this kind of teaching mode from the beginning to now, do not recognize later feel easy to use, good teaching effect. He began the research and application of classroom teaching mode. The use of time so far has been 4 years, but the realin-depth study in the past two years. I took to the sport mature teacher learning, exploring theapplication of their classroom, the first after the first grade senior high, to focus on the class ofregular class, physics class with "211" in three case and the ordinary teaching modecomparison. Through the application of contrast to their students and to other high school students investigation and study, the author found that the use of "211" three plans for teaching mode of the classroom, the most obvious feature is the high degree of left behind students’ classroom participation, fewer students, and students learning together and make notes a lot easier, a large part of the time in the interaction with teachers and positive thinking, students canlearn to feel obviously.
