In order to adapt to the new characteristics and demands of the information age and social development,the Ministry of Education,aiming to accomplish the fundamental task of morality education,adapt to the new trend of the world education reform and improve the international competitiveness of China's education,established a new concept of key cometencies.China's basic education community sets off a research boom in core competencies emphasizing that students need to master not only knowledge but also the development of thinking ability and the cultivation of innovation ability.As a teacher in the school with poor enrollment,in order to promote the implementation of key competencies of physics and personal development in the future,helping students with poor foundation form proper physics learning pattern rapidly is of great importance.Through the investigation and statistical analysis of the physical key competencies of the ninth and tenth graders in middle school,many problems in physics learning have been reflected.Firstly,students' understanding of the substance of the physical process is biased and they lack depth in physical knowledge.Secondly,students also lack logical thinking ability,ability to express as well as questioning spirit.Thirdly,students don't understand the methods of physics research properly.Neither the school teaching nor the students pay much attention to scientific inquiry.Finally,the daily school teaching neglects the cultivation of the students' scientific attitude.Through the analysis and interpretation of physical key competencies,involving the physical key competencies and course standards and combined with my own teaching experience,the training strategy of the physical key competencies of high school students is put forward.Firstly,in order to make physics teaching easy to understand,daily things familiar among the students are made use of as the teaching materials.Secondly,build a problem-expanding inquiry teaching pattern in order to model physical problems.Thirdly,build a life-based and contextual model.Fourthly,pay attention to different learning methods and teaching content existing between junior school and senior school.Fifthly,make an attempt to adopt multiple teaching modes in parallel.Sixthly,improve teachers awareness of the new teaching mode and their ability to execute.Through teaching examples<overweight and agravity>as well as the example of teaching assistance activity<From High-Altitude Egg Drop to Threat and Protection Design of Microbody Meteor and Space Debris to spacecraft>,specify the implementation process of teaching strategies.In the end,check out the difference between the pre-test average scores and the post-test average scores from the experimental class and the control class in order to prove the effectiveness of teaching strategies.The results of the study will also have some reference for other natural science subjects.This paper plays a role in promoting the optimization and improvement of other disciplines and also be the test and promotion of the results of this paper.
