| Middle-level students in high school often do not perform well in some level tests,but they have a certain knowledge base and development potential.Combined with the actual teaching schedule of high school physics,most high schools in our country adopt the "three-round" review strategy in the third year of senior high school.and often complete the first round of review at the end of the first semester of the senior year.If educators can seize the opportunity of the first round of review,take effective teaching plans and learning strategy guidance based on the learning characteristics of middle-level students,and conduct personalized training for them to help them review and consolidate their own knowledge structure.Unearthing their potential not only allows them to effectively transform into top students,but also promotes the healthy competition of top students and promotes the progress of underachievers.This is of great positive significance for improving the teaching quality of the entire high school.It further implements the fundamental task of establishing morality in the physics curriculum under the background of the new curriculum standards and the new college entrance examination.It also reflects my country’s new curriculum standards "education should be for all students".The core concept allows every student to develop vividly.This article is based on the author’s four-year teaching experience,combined with the new curriculum standards and the reform background of the new college entrance examination,based on the "General High School Physics Curriculum Standards(2017)",and 20 middle-level students in physics are selected in each of the two classes of H High School As the research object,the author took the form of one-on-one interviews to investigate,analyze and record the learning weaknesses of each middle-level students in physic in each chapter,and investigated their knowledge reserves,problem-solving skills,review methods,thinking ability and Psychological characteristics and other aspects of the actual situation,combined with their personal characteristics,designed a conversion strategy for senior middle-level students in physics in a round of review.The strategy content mainly includes:①teaching materials in the weekly Q&A classes for middle-level students,②formulating personalized supplementary exercises for middle-level physics students,③regularly checking the completion of tasks to cultivate their study habits,④paying close attention to the psychological trends of middle-level physics students.The author conducted teaching practice at H High School in Hubei Province from September 2019 to January 2020.Select 20 physics middle-level students in class A as the control group,and 20 physics middle-level students in class B as the experimental group and the academic performance of the physics joint test in September 2019 as the pre-test,and the academic performance of the physics joint test in February 2020 as the post-test,and compare and analyze the experimental group The improvement of the core literacy of physics proves that this series of targeted transformation strategies are effective for middle-level students in senior physics.These long-term middle-level students have not only improved their scores in the academic level test,but also improved their scientific thinking skills and practical problem-solving abilities,and their interest in physics has also been enhanced.More importantly.in this series of In the process of transforming middle-level students into excellent students,they overcame difficulties and felt the joy of challenging themselves,and also gained the courage to face the future.At the end of this article,the author summarized and reflected on the half-year investigation and research,hoping to provide a reference experience for the majority of first-line senior physics teachers in their preparation for the college entrance examination. |
