The CCCP presented a governing strategy of "governing the country with the moral" and issued "Programme for the Construction and Practice of Civil Morality", which reflects the fact that our country has attached great importance to the education of civil morality in new century. However, during the teaching process of history class in middle school. There exists a phenomena that we don't place enough emphasis on the research of this field. I write this article to illuminate that history teachers in middle school must catch the opportunity of exercising the moral programme to integrate morality into the history teaching process in middle school.The article conducts a research into the thoughts of "governing the country with the moral " in history firstly and concludes the great importance of "governing the country with the moral" thought and morality education. Secondly, the article conducts an analysis on the characteristics of history teaching process in middle school in China during this period, which concludes the attributes of age, psychology history course itself into five parts: reliability, implication , gradually , multiplicity and critique. Thirdly, the article conducts a discussion on two question. One is that what kind of morality we should help students to foster. The other in "how". Finally, the article discusses the direction of history teaching in China emphasizes that we should turn back to the essence of quality education.The whole article enriches the contents of integrating morality education into history class through citing model events and people, combinating of examplication and argumentation. The article raises a method which makes use of psychology principle to improve morality education during history teaching process. This article is the conclusion, reflection and improvement of my individual teaching ability, meanwhile, the article will produce the effect of common experience to the people who work in the same field. The article also aimes to make the work of moral education more effective and to develop more youth into the persons with high qualities.
