The activity of the self-education & self-management of class students plays a great role in high school's moral education.The thesis deals with the research on the activity in high school on the theoretical and practical planes,based on documentary study, questionnaires,case-analysis and personal experience, hoping to deepen the cognition of it, provide some useful enlightenment for its present and future practice and exploration and advance the research in the activity.In theory, the thesis discusses the connotation of the self-education & self-manage -ment of class students in high school, expounds its theoretical basis and necessity and puts forward six principles of carrying out the activity ;In practice, it talks on how to strengthen and improve some aspects of the activity,suggesting some measures and the reflection of the subject activity ?"Non-invigilation Exam" in high school by analysing a classic case.The research shows: (l)The activity can foster not only high school students' self-development and self-perfection scientifically, but also their abitlities to self-educate and self-manage themselves, and at the same time, increase the actual effect of the moral education. (2)The six principles,namely the principle of main-body, activity, incentiveness, guidance, parallel effect and democracy, can help carry out the activity scientifically and effectively. (3)The teachers' ideas and theoretical level of education , which have great effect on the reform of high school's moral education,must be straightened out and heightened first. (4)The developing of healthy self-consciousness , self-esteem and self-confidence can promote high school students' self-education & self-management effectively. (5) It can bring about great advances to the activity to strengthen the core group of class students-student cardres of high school. (6)It can increase the actual effect of the activity to enlarge the scopes and depths of the activities of class students' choice. (7)It can help bring about ever-new advances to improve the old ways of the evaluation of high school students. (8) The"Non-invigilation Exam" in high school is both feasible and effective,on condition that it's carrried out democratically and scientifically.The valaue of the research is as follows: It helps high school teachers to understand the theories of the self-education & self-management of class students in high school more scientifically,comprehensively and precisely, enables them to deepen their understanding of its necessity and provides them the main principles to adhere to. It also helps integrate its theories with the reform of high school's moral education more closely, enables the teachers to have better idea of effective approaches to carry out the activity,and affords them some enlightenment and introductions for further practice and exploration for reference,so that the teachers can do more consciously,scientifically and effectively.
