Research On The Urban Community Management System Of China

Nowadays, since the management of community has become an important part of the management of society, with the management of urban community also becoming a great component of society living and urban modernization in China, the research of the community management system has a practical significance on directing for community development.The relation between government and society is a basic contradiction which can restrict the development of community management system, furthermore, it is the key of researching on the management system of community in this paper.In the beginning of this paper, that the essential relation between government and society is deeply abstractly analyzed, withal, in the background of essential request of community development and market economy development and the special period in China, the mutual influence between socialization and powerful government and the organic integration between government dominant ness and community autonomy make up of the ideal construct of the community management system in China, and the dovotion-mode in Shanghai community development is discussed as a representative example. In the end of this paper, the differences between the management mode of community in China and foreign countries are analyzed, as also, 3 choices are brought forward for the reformation of community management system. With discussing on the 3 choices, transitional reform project is practical and significant.
