Content:The evaluation of moral education in secondary school is thought highly of by governments at all level. With time goes on, it is a basic demand to develop continuously evaluation systems that fit in our time.It has important and practical significance to carry out the evaluation of moral education in secondary school nowadays. It is good for correcting the schools' working ideas on moral education, for standardizing the schools' behaviors of moral education, and for totally improving the schools' quality of moral education. In order to do well to it , in our opinion, we should abide by the following principles: the pr incipie of combing universal leading with distinctive superiority, the principle of combining scientific design with feasible work, the principle of combining evaluating processes with evaluation with quantitative evaluation with self-evaluation. The content of the evaluation of moral education in contemporary secondary school mainly includes exploiting resources of it, managing the organization of it, developing its activities, reflecting its effects, its distinctive superiority and so on. The evaluation quantization system which is made up after its quantization is shown in page 11 of the main body.According to the contemporary moral education theories, policies, rules and the reality of present schools, and in the Iight of method of average experts' op i n i ons, the evaluation weight coefficient and standard of moral educat i on we have established i n contemporary secondary school are shown from page 13 to page 16 in the main body.In the course of moral educational evaluation in secondary school, the traditional method mainly includes "listening, watching, surveying, talk" and so on. Contemporary speaking, it is "void". With the development of time, we think these traditional methods should be perfected and developed. In the contemporary era, some modern evaluation methods should be introduced into carrying out the evaluation of moral education at school, such as self-report inventories, moral dilemma method, to put our work into an "effective" position.
