The model moral education of secondary vocational school should base on the realityof students; it should also base on the training target and the standard of talenttraining of vocational education; it sticks to developing students’ lofty emotion andpositive attitude and correct values about consciousness of citizenship and culture andvocational skills; it’s main line is the moral education of schools, families, enterprises andthe community; it improves the levels of students’ moral education flexibly according to it’sgoal that is students’ lifelong development.This research bases on the basic theories of model education, and it states fully how tochoose model and set good examples and propagate model and learn from model in schoolsand families and enterprises and society from method.It proposes some concrete andoperable strategies after analysising the problems which exist in model moral education invocational schools. It can guide how to strengthen the practical effect of model moraleducation in vocational schools.The positive functions of demostration and lead and inspiration and the oppositivefunctions of caution and deterrent and dissuasion should be extruded in moral education invocational schools. Educators lead model education into families and enterprises andsociety through the combination of four factors. They can find students’ positive factors orcasual positive things through their subjective control; and they protect students’progress,which makes model education become certain; and then a dynamic active newevaluation system of model education is formed. Students’ self-valuation and mutualvaluation, and mutal valuation between students and teachers, and parents’ valuation, andthe valuation of the managerships of enterprises and the leaders of villages combine.Students’ subject positions in valuation should be emphasized. Students change from beingevaluated to evaluators, that promote self-education and introspection andself-advancement. Model valuation calls for the combination of process evaluation andoutcome evaluation; it emphasizes the dynamics of evaluation and students’good behavior.“The control and Combination of Four factors’ model education focuses on theresearch about psychological education and personality cultivation of students in vocational schools. The theories are adaptive to the society and practical. They can improvestudents levels of psychological health and morality, and they are important to theeducation and influence to minors.
