A Research Into The Actualizing Status Analysis And Optimizing Strategies Of Basic Education Management Decision-making In Jiangxi Province

The paper, from theoretic lays, practice lays and decision making lays, probed into the actualizing status of management decision making and its influence factors of basic education in JiangXi province, through on-the-spot interview and analysis, questionnaire investigation and analysis, and by means of descriptive statistics analysis methods. First, this thesis summarized several theoretical problems: including the concept, commonly procedure, types, methods and system of management decision-making; the concept, standards, commonly characters, study model, thought model and history background of education management decision-making; theoretical research in management decision-making from different subjects field of current vision; and research achievements in education management decision-making. Second, the implementing conditions of basic education management decision-making in JiangXi province was summarized and analyzed according to the investigation .What is more, several problems were generalized . Third, the four influence factors were anatomized: including decision-making target, decision-making principal part , decision-making object and decision-making environment in education management decision-making. In the end, three tactics were posed for optimizing and perfecting the basic education management decision-making further: improving the whole diathesis of decision -making people, optimizing the internal and exterior circumstances of decision-making constitution and actualization, implementing the all-round supervises of decision-making power and duty .
