It is very clear that this thesis is about the teaching behavior which adopts various forward position means, such as cases method, to go deep into classroom instruction. As a young teacher, having been on the past for more than 10 years, I have been paying close attention to the reform in mathematics course. With the help of relevant experts, my main achievement is reflected in two geometry class of junior middle school.The full text has five a piece of parts in all. First, analyze the subject background, then use the "scaffold theory" of constructivism, and combine the technology of video-tapes, case compare and the method of studying with practice etc. At observation, come and compare two kinds of different teaching ways from various angles. Results show that "probing" after improving is superior to "instructing" in the past in time assignment, question quality, teacher-student interaction, listen to the teacher competence and the result measure of the lecture. Its function and value benefit the raising of students' comprehensive accomplishments. This new teaching design worth popularizing is guided by "all for the students' development". Finally, some problems in the concrete course are reviewed, hoping to cause everybody's common concern. |
