As an important part of our national education system, vocational education plays a great role in our national development. Along with the development of our national reform and economic development, the requirement for better education becomes more and more exigent. But our vocational education is just at it's primary state. There are so many problems in our vocational education system. Especially in the allocation of resource, such as the invariable thinking mode, narrow channel of capital collection, low rate of the using of resource and terrific waste.Based on it, this paper analyze the problems and present condition of the using of resource by using the economic rules,, and then offer advice to solve these problems. There are five parts in this paper. The first chapter analyzes the problems of our national vocational education from the angel of principle. The second part researches the present condition of the allocation of resource for our national vocational education from the part of human resource, asset and others, and then finds that main reasons of the low rate of the using of vocational education resource are configurable waste, scale waste, administrant waste, function waste. The third part makes a clear comparison between our national vocational education and the foreign to get some useful information. In the forth part, started from the point of view that broadening the channel of capital-collecting, transferring old concept, improving management level, ameliorating vocational education structure and augmenting legal system, we offer some advice to solve the problems how to use vocational education resource efficiently. The last part sets up a model on the principle of allocation of vocational education resource; it can seek the best amount of teachers on all kinds of preconditions, as well as seek the best amount of students on the preconditions of the teacher workload. It expects to use the resource of vocational education effectively.
