The secondary professional education is confronted with enormous difficulty due to the impact of the ordinary higher education. The only way out for the secondary professional schools is to improve their teaching quality on the whole in order to establish their important function in the educational realm. Thus, this thesis is aimed at exploring, by investigating and analyzing the current situation of the teaching quality in secondary professional schools, the effective methods to guarantee the teaching quality, to push forward the teaching reform and to accelerate the continuous development of secondary professional education.This thesis defines the content of teaching quality as three parts: teaching condition quality, teaching process quality and teaching consequence quality. These three parts are regarded as an integer to decide the teaching quality. The core of this thesis is the study of teaching process quality, for it is the basis on which the teaching quality depends, and there is no any consequence beyond the process. According to each step of teaching process, this thesis, firstly, analyzes the various factors that influence the teaching quality, and illustrates the significance of improving the teaching quality in the secondary professional schools. By statistic analysis of the questionnaires, finished by teachers and students, on the present teaching quality of secondary professional schools, the thesis summarizes the current main problems and makes an in-depth analysis of their causes. Secondly, it discussed and establishes the academic supporting system to guarantee the teaching quality of secondary professional school, furthermore, makes a series of feasible countermeasures on the above basis. Lastly, it offers a very practical standard system for evaluating the teaching quality of secondary in hope of contributing a reference to this circle.
