Study On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Practical Teaching In Secondary Vocational Schools

Based on the theory of learning m igration,this thesis adopts the questionnaire survey method,the interview m ethod and th e literature research m ethod,which is based on the current situation of the hotel service and the m anagement of the hotel.And the managem ent of professional trai ning and hotel professionals on the requirements of the experts out of the ques tion of the thematic,systematic research,the purpose is to explore the secondary vo cational schools on the basis of practica l training,how to carry out on-campus professional training,how to evaluate the school Training and fully embodies the characteristics of vocational teach ing,to provide a secondary vocational school hotel service and management of professional training on the model case.The main content of this thesis is to sort out the connotation of the training and management of the hotel service and m anagement specialty,and to explain the training of the hotel service and m anagement vocational school.Then,the teaching and management of the hotel service and management in some vocational schools in Qingdao,Training objectives and teacher arra ngements to collect the situation.This thesis chooses the three grades of hotel service and m anagement specialty of Lixi Vocational Education Center,Qingdao Xi nghua Automobile Engineering School,Jimo City First Professional Secondary School,Qingdao Jiaonan Zhushan Vocational School four vocational colleges,This thes is conducts a questionnaire survey on the construction and im plementation of the tra ining system of the in ternal service and management of the vocational school.In a ddition,teachers conducted a questionnaire survey and inte rview with th e hotel management staff,and finally summ ed up the middle school hotel service and management of the existing school training problems,the specific perform ance of the training objectives fo r the school is not enough refinement;curriculum is unreasonable;T raining base constructi on is not perfect;school practice teaching evaluation of the main single and "double teacher" teacher arrangements still need to be fulfilled.This thesis puts forward the coun termeasures to perfect th e training of the hotel service and m anagement specialty in vocatio nal schools.First of all to refine the training objectives of the school training;secondly im prove the school training courses set,mainly divided into optimize the curriculum,to strengthen the school training in the curr iculum system in the proportion of hard to sim ulate the hotel training;third,Service and m anagement professional school training base construction,mainly divided into the cr eation of good training conditions,relying on the original dining room,the appropriate increase in the number of private rooms and rational planning function layout,to supplem ent the lack of training projects;Fourth,Fifth,to optimize the structure of teachers to strengthen the ability to demonstrate the skills of teachers,m ainly divided into perfect management system,strengthen the "double teacher" team of teachers and the construction of the teaching system,and improve the evaluation of teaching m ethods,Strengthening the Construction of Part-time Teachers of Hotel Service and Management in College.
