Curriculum is of the essence in schooling , which in some way represent and show the aim and value of the education .Specialized courses directly determine the characteristic of a speciality. In order to adapt to the new reform in curriculum, Longnan Teacher's College, in it's primary period, established an experimental class of Science Education Major.This paper chose this class as a typical case and used practical study as a basic method and at the same time took flexible measures to study implementation of the courses, including documentary method, interview, questionnaire and product analysis and so on. This paper is a mid-period research report about it.Through studying the present condition and the existing problems, it is expected to revise , regulate and ensure the unaminity between the implementation and the overall aim .Its ultimate goal is make the reform of specialized courses successful.By careful investigation and analysis, it is found that the present condition and the existing problems are as follows: culture aim is relatively proper and students' study methods have been gradually changing. teachers are still willing to be loyal to traditional teaching ideas and can't efficiently change their teaching methods. the plan for the curriculum needs to be perfected . part of teachers can not learn the curriculum and textbooks thoroughly. the development of teachers' team can not keep pace with the speed of the reform of the curriculum. no effective measures are taken to develop and study the source in Science Major. there is no proper evaluation system for students' study.In view of such kind of condition and different problems in the implementation of specialized courses, some tactics are advanced in this paper. That is, absorb the new idea and resource in local science courses. strengthen the training of schooling and improve the whole teaching level. encourage the study and research for both teachers and students. confront the elementary education and try to "learn, study, serve, guide" it. regulate and optimize the deep structure of specialized courses. reorganize the resource to meet students' need. nurture original cultural atmosphere and stir up students' creativity. establish the changeable evaluation system for both teachers and students and the curriculum.Finally, the paper provides new envisaged program and plan.
