Normal schools shoulder the task of training qualified teachers for the basic educationin elementaries schools. It is necessary to study on students' ethics education as teachers in normal schools because it can improve primary school teachers' qualities in the future and promote educational reformation. This dissertation is based on the practical effect in improving students' ethics education as teachers in normal schools, with the principle of raising the students' moral level as teachers in the future. By employing theories in ethics, psychology, pedagogy, and methodology, referring to the literature, devising questionaire, conducting interviews and observations, with the foundation of facts and phenomena for the research, it analyzes the present condition of students' ethics education as teachers and causes which emphasis on the study on the approaches to improving normal school students' ethics education as teachers in the future. This essay is made up of three chapters.Chapter One: A study on the implication, aim and significance of students' ethics education as teachers in normal schools. To study on it, we must know exactly the uniqueness of it at first. This chapter is the foundation of the whole dissertation; and based on the study on the uniqueness of teaching, it summarizes the requirements of the society on the moral qualities of the students in normal schools, which are of various aspects and high standard. This dissertation also provides an evaluation criteria for the present condition of students' ethics in normal schools.Chapter Two: Taking the requirements for students' ethics education as teachers as an evaluation criteria which were summarized in chapter one, this essay investigates and analyses the present condition of teachers' ethics education in normal schools, with the focus on the problems exist and the reasons which causes them. It has been found that there2are so many aspects that have been neglected, they are the school stresses normal education but neglect the students' education as teachers; most students have not fully realized the importance of teachers' ethics education; the subjects designed for students cannot keep up with the development of society; the teaching results are not so good without practical experience; some students haven't been aware of the important role as a teacher; the present condition of the graduated students also needs considering and to be solved. It also puts forward that the central department of education didn't put teachers' education into practice; In some normal schools the directing idea of education didn't keep pace with the aim of education; part of teachers' inferior qualities made an unfavorable effect on the students; the transfer of the society influences the proper evaluation for normal school students' value; being teachers of elementary schools has not been considered in many people's eyes; and students resource is also poor. All of these are the main reasons for the present inferior students' ethics education as teachers in normal schools.Chapter Three: The investigation on the strategy in moral education based on the causes of the moral problems among students. This chapter is the key of the dissertation. The essay starts with the unique features of normal schools, conducts a bold, active and valuable exploration through the combination of theory and practice; it further puts forward a new teaching policy of setting up new ideas, taking efficient measures, making teaching contents more valuable, expanding education carriers and digging education resources.
