Normal students will become teachers in the future, therefore, the professional ethics education should be done in the school education period, and it should be one main task in normal education. To give normal students professional ethics education, no matter for the sake of enhancing students’moral and ideology character at school or their future occupational development, is of great importance. Along with the development of the socialist market economy, the factors of Socialist equal market economy and open competition make the teacher moral ideas change, such as education integration, teachers’specialization and quality education not only puts forward new requirements for teachers, also have an important impact on normal school students’teachers’morality cultivation and education. These requirements make normal education of ethics, contents, methods and approaches change. Normal Students’education stage is the starting point of the ethics formation. To strengthen the education of students’ethics is the needs of The Times, but also the needs to train talents.The purpose of the research is the base on the investigated the teachers’professional ethics education of normal university students, and found out some ignored questions by people. Then the research should analyze the reason of problem conformations. From the references and research before this research, author found that many scholars are aiming at the teachers’professional ethics education of young teachers and the research of ethics education in the school. They are put the emphasis of ethics education in the teachers’brought up. Undeniable, the teachers’professional ethics means the teacher’s professional moral, so the audiences of working are point to the teacher intuitively. But the normal university students could be the teacher in the future, so the handing of the teachers’professional moral are rest with the quality of normal university students’brought up.Document analysis and questionnaire is adopted in this thesis, aiming to find out the current situation of professional ethics education towards normal students. The questionnaires conduct research on current situation of professional ethics education through the following four aspects of professional ethics education:contents, methods, approaches and results. Through the investigation, there are some problems of teacher’s professional moral in the higher normal colleges. In terms of content, it lacks a great deal in "occupation goals","requirement for students","team spirit", and "moral rethink". When it comes to the method, education did a bad job in pertinence, flexibility and innovation. On approaches, the professional moral education courses lack diversity and independence. About effect, it is cold, fragile and lack of achievement. Draw on these problems, this essay mean to analysis the cause in terms of three elements-social, school and individual. Finally, I will put up some strategies based on the analysis in light of the cultivation environment, improvement of education system and inspire the moral autonomy of each student in the normal school.
