A Study On The Current Situation Of The Professional Ethics Education Of The Students In The Education Of Physical Education

The professional ethics education of normal school students at public expense is related to the future of education in the motherland,and it is also an important basis for promoting the moral education of primary and middle school students.The professional ethics education of normal school students majoring in physical education can affect the future prospect of physical education teachers in our country,and has an important relationship with the good image of physical education teachers.Through the methods of literature,interview and questionnaire,this paper takes the students majoring in physical education of Huazhong normal University at 2015,2016,2017 and 2018 as the subjects of investigation,carries on the investigation from five aspects of vocational ideal,vocational cognition,professional attitude,professional belief and professional values respectively,understands the influencing factors from subjective and objective aspects,and puts forward some countermeasures.Through the study of this paper,we can draw the following conclusions:1.The career ideal of normal school students majoring in physical education is not clear enough;lack of clear vocational cognition;on the degree of professional identity,the attitude towards engaging in the teaching profession is not firm enough;on the professional attitude,they can devote their enthusiasm to the cause of education and are full of confidence in the cause of individual education;the professional values are correct and the happiness is strong.2.Normal school students majoring in physical education lack of targeted professional ethics education curriculum,mainly from extracurricular activities to carry out specific vocational education,professional characteristics are vague.At the same time,the evaluation and supervision mechanism of normal school students majoring in physical education is not diverse enough.3.The factors that affect the professional ethics education of normal school students majoring in physical education include subjective and objective.The subjective factors include moral cognition and professional cognition,and the objective factors include society,school and physical education major.4.It is necessary for normal school students majoring in physical education to establish a perfect assessment mechanism and guide them in theory and practice,so as to perfect the value system of students' professional ethics.
