Great progress has been made in the cause of teaching since the foundation of the people's republic of China especially after China's carrying out the reform and opening-up policy, but there are also some problems which shouldn't be neglected in the present situation of China's education development and human resources exploitation. Such as, popularizing compulsory education is still a arduous task in the rural areas .the education rights of the poor still can't be ensured. The education in the phase of high school has bottlenecked the improvement of population quality. Vocational education is actually in hot water though apparently it is dynamic. To solve all the problems above, some theoretical and essential researches are needed.Probing into the socialist education system on the basis of the theory of human's all-round improvement is a important problem task in pedagogical research of our country, the reform and opening-up policy itself is also providing a better opportunity for people's all-round improvement in transition period .the thesis tidies up the educational theory of three influential theoreticians who were engaged in the classical pedagogy . Meanwhile, the author also reconsiders the essence of education. In the thesis, the author draws a conclusion that the essence of education is to instruct people. The foundation, the starting point and the final point of education are also aiming at humans, so the purpose of education is to provide humans with freedom andall-round improvement.Because of the education resources deficiency in our country, the power of market and people's self-government abilities have gradually been involved in the field of education in the transition period from planned economy to market economy. In the real world, education injustice is just a relative conception; it will be gradually extended and deepened with the development of our economy and the process of social democratization.In different regions and different social classes, between cities and countries, the phenomena of education injustice are obvious. In the thesis, Not only does The author attempt to analyze the historical and institutional causes of the issue of education injustice, he also try to reflect and evaluate the approaches to helping the poor on the principle of education justice.
